A human being wanting to do good for the world, I'm a servant creative leader.

Passionate about helping businesses thrive as well as the agency and teams flourish through powerful and purposeful platforms and ideas that reveal the soul of brands, permeate culture, positively impact society and enrich people's lives.

I lead from the heart. I am a believer.

I believe in courage, integrity, harmony, intuition, and in being of service to a world that is human, where innovation is meaningful and philosophy guides technology as a force for good.

I believe in magic, in the power of words, and in the infinite power of creativity to move people's hearts and minds.

I always believed in a higher role for our industry. We have great influence and responsibility in shaping the world. In my view, our strategies and ideas can drive outcomes by driving culture, fostering human connections, contributing to elevating society and helping determine meaningful collective progress.

I always believed in conscious capitalism - the third way. Organisations, brands and agencies are ecosystems that act in the world, therefore they can (and should) positively contribute to it.

Hence my everlasting purpose to help companies find and express their role in culture, creating long-term platforms and authentic ideas that help them do well and do good.

I believe in servant leadership, collaboration and ego-free culture. As a principled, inspired and determined creative leader, I'm passionate about building, inspiring and working holistically with diverse, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams - being of service to help each person bring their light to the world.

I believe in truly integrated work that stems from the core of a brand and lives in natural osmosis with society in any relevant form, being grounded in human truths and knowing no borders.

That is why my inquisitive nature brought me around the world, meeting different people and cultures, enjoying over 20 years’ experience with global and local agencies, teams and brands in 3 continents so far (Italy/UK, US and Australia). I’m in my natural element with international projects and environments.

I also do believe that Francesco Totti is a soccer genius. That Mark Knopfler's Sultans of Swing final solo is unmatched. That our family cats are persons with a cat-suit on. That kindness is a bridge. And that ethics are the currency of the new economy.

ME ABOUT

When I am not working or spending time with my family, I am most probably experimenting with new food recipes. Cooking is my other great passion along with playing soccer – a good match that luckily helps to burn off the calories.

As an insatiably curious cultural omnivore, other ingredients I like to feed myself with are philosophy, humanities, anthropology, art, music, photography, ancient civilisations, new technologies, astronomy and unified physics, philology, writing poetry, vegetable-gardening, playing the guitar, studying new languages and experiencing different cultures – which I consider a fresh mix of entrées I can nibble on any time I am in search of original solutions, whether it’s for a campaign or a dish.
